Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The pages are saved with the new orientation, so they open the right way round in every PDF viewer.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Choose “Selected pages” and click the page you want to turn.

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
