Frequently asked questions

Why do some pages have different sizes?

Merged documents often mix A4 and Letter, or include landscape pages and scans. The table groups pages of the same size together.

Which size does it show for rotated pages?

The size as you see the page on screen, so a rotated A4 page appears as landscape.

What are points?

The unit PDFs use: 72 points make one inch, so an A4 page is about 595 × 842 points.

How do I make all pages the same size?

Press “Make all pages the same size” to open the file in Change page size, then pick A4, Letter or your own size.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
