Convert PDF to CSV

Table data from a PDF, as CSV.

Your files never leave your device.

How to convert a PDF to CSV

  1. Add a PDF with tables, such as a statement, invoice or report.

  2. CSV is already selected. Keep “Tables only” to skip the text around the tables.

  3. Press “Convert” and download a CSV file for each table found.

Frequently asked questions

What if the PDF has several tables?

Each table becomes its own CSV file, named by page and table number, and you download them together in one ZIP.

Will Excel show accents and special characters correctly?

Yes. The CSV is saved as UTF-8 with a marker that tells Excel which encoding to use.

No tables were found. What can I do?

If the table has no clear columns, the page text is saved split into columns instead. Scanned PDFs need OCR first, because they contain pictures, not text.

Should I choose CSV or Excel?

CSV is plain text for databases, scripts and imports. Choose Excel for a workbook with one sheet per table and numbers ready to add up.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
