How to convert a PDF to PNG

Press “Convert to images” and download the PNGs, in one ZIP when there are several.
Frequently asked questions
Why choose PNG instead of JPG?
PNG is lossless, so text, lines and diagrams have no blurry edges. JPG is smaller and better for pages that are mostly photos.
Which resolution should I pick?
150 DPI is sharp on screens and in slides. Choose 300 DPI for printing or when you need to zoom in on small text.
Can I convert only one page?
Yes. Open “More options” and type the page number, or a list like 1-3, 7, in the “Pages” box.
Is the background transparent?
No. Pages are saved with their white paper background, the way they look in a PDF reader.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. It even works with the internet switched off.
